Terms and Conditions

Need to cancel?

We know that life sometimes gets in the way. That’s why we try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancelling appointments. If you cancel more than 48 hours before your set appointment, we’ll do our best to set up a better slot for you, no questions asked. If you cancel with less than 48 hours to go, we will have to charge an administration fee.

Arrival

Please be courteous to the staff and other clients at D2 Nails & Spa and make sure you arrive on time for each appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the time of the appointment may be shortened or rescheduled in consideration of the next person.. If you see you are running late, the best thing to do is let us know so we can minimize any disruption to our staff and other customers. Thanks for your cooperation.

Gift Voucher

1. D2 Nails & Spa gift vouchers do not expire and remain valid from the date of issue until the final balance is used. 
2. Gift vouchers must be presented at reception upon arrival for the booked treatment
3. All Gift vouchers purchased at D2 Nails Spa are Non Refundable and can not be exchanged for cash. Change will not be given, but the balance will remain on the voucher for your next visit.

Health Conditions

In order to avoid disappointment please inform us at the time of booking your appointment of any medical conditions that may affect your treatment. Including high blood pressure, heart condition, allergies or pregnancy etc. Please informing the salon immediately if you have any concern that you have any infection/reaction/condition with respect to your nails.

Kids

We welcome children to our salon; however, we request that they are supervised at all times by another adult. We must acknowledge that maintaining a peaceful and relaxing space for our clients is of paramount importance.

Lost & Damage

We will not take any responsibilities for the loss of your personal belonging while you are having the services in our salon or any items left unattended or damaged.

Waxing and Pedicure Treatments

  • Please inform our beauticians of any alergies that you had before your waxing or pedicure treatment.

  • Please do not come in for the wax treatment or pedicure treatment after your skin was exposed to sunbed or sun 24hours before.

  • Please be advised NOT to book in the pedicure treatment if your legs were shaved or wax 24hours before the treatment. If your skin is irritated or damaged in any way it is not recommended to perform any wax or pedicure treatment.

Repair Shellac Nails

  • All nail enhancement treatments are only guaranteed for 7 days from your visit.

  • We are more than happy to repair free of charge any problems with your Shellac/Gelish application within 7 days of your original appointment as these could be the result of a faulty product or incorrect technique used. Please get in touch with us to schedule your free repair.

Hand & feet treatments

  • Please let our professionals check the temperature of the water before you put your feet in the basin, do not try it yourself

  • Please do not move your hand and feet too much during treatments especially when filing, cutting and painting as this will cause difficulty for staffs
